In order to manage your domain names, you need to search for them from within your Control Panel with IntroSoft Online, and access their Order Information view.

To List/Search and Manage Domain Registration Orders

1. Login to your Control Panel:

   For Resellers: 1

   For Customers: 2

2. Next, click

   For Resellers: Products -> Domain Registration -> Search.

   For Customers: Domains -> Domain Registration -> Search.

3. Search for the Domain Name Order(s).

   Note

   • To list all Orders, leave all search parameters blank and select the Within radio button and then select the Order Creation Date as All.

   • For Resellers: You may search for Orders belonging to your Sub-Resellers by selecting the Search Orders of Sub-Resellers check box.

4. On the next page, you would see a list of all your domain names with IntroSoft Online. Click on any of the domain name to reach its Order Information view to perform any modifications to the Order.
